After graduating with honors from Wesleyan University in Connecticut, Amy headed to Chicago to study advertising and graphic design at the American Academy of Art. While still in Chicago, she gained experience working on direct mail for Exxon, Mobil Oil and Shell credit card companies. She then went to live and work in New York City before making a permanent home here in Tampa. In 2013, Amy earned an MBA degree in Marketing from American Intercontinental University, graduating summa cum laude.
Over the years, Amy has played an active role in the Tampa Bay ad community. She has worked as an adjunct professor of advertising and design for the University of South Florida and is currently an adjunct instructor at the International Academy of Design & Technology. She is a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP) and Tampa’s InDesign User Group. She serves on advisory boards for the International Academy of Design & Technology, and has served several years as an active member of The Gasparilla Festival of the Arts Board of Directors.
